(2) If your account(s) are ever past due for two consecutive billing cycles, the ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE applicable to your entire balance exisiting at that time and in the future will immediately increase by 4.00 percentage points. Your Annual Percentage Rate will revert to the Rate that would have been in effect if no increase had taken place upon Our receipt of all past due amounts plus 6 consecutive Minimum Monthly Payments immediately following receipt of such past due amounts.

(3) Visa Classic CU Rewards Program members will be charged a non-refundable annual fee of $25 for participation in the CU Rewards program. Such fee does not apply to Visa Classic Accounts that have not opted to participate in the CU Rewards Program.
